As Xero Certified Advisors we can train and support you on all aspects of Xero. We are can move you from your existing accountancy software, excel spreadsheets or manual bookkeeping onto Xero. We can personalise a training package for you, whether you know nothing about Xero or would like to know more and utilise it to its full potential. Migration to Xero – From £250 + VAT

We will transfer your current account balances, chart of accounts, outstanding sales & purchase invoices and contacts from your existing accounting system to Xero. This package also includes 1 hr webinar training, to get you started, and unlimited telephone/email support for one month.

Bespoke Training via Webinar (90 mins) – £60 + VAT

We will discuss your training requirements and agree a schedule prior to the webinar. All participants will require online access to Xero as the training is interactive. The 90mins includes a 15mins question and answer session at the end to ensure everybody has understood the training. This package includes one month unlimited telephone/email support.

Half Day Bespoke Onsite Training – £250* + VAT

We will discuss your training requirements and agree a schedule prior to the training. All participants will require online access to Xero as the training is interactive. We will continually ensure everybody understands the training throughout. This package also includes one month unlimited follow up telephone/email support.

*extra time & travel expenses will be added to this price for anywhere more than 30 miles from Stockport, Cheshire

Pre-paid Telephone/Email Support – £20* + VAT per hour

You will be given a support telephone number and email address. If your query is logged between 9am and 6pm we can guarantee a reply within 4 hours or you will not be charged.

*A minimum purchase of 2 hours which expires after 90 days.

Support is charged in 15min blocks.

Support lasting less than 5mins will not be charged

Online Bookkeeping – £20* + VAT per hour

Although we believe the businesses we train will be able to easily carry out their own bookkeeping and will find it beneficial to do so, there may be times when it is necessary to outsource it. We expect you to have your bank transactions automatically fed into your Xero account and your paperwork posted to us by registered post (online receipts can be emailed). We will discuss how many hours we expect the work to take prior to starting and will return your paperwork by registered post.

*A minimum purchase of 1 hour with further bookkeeping charged in half hour blocks.
